Things to look for while going for a fast secured personal loan:

Hidden charges As the competition among the fast secured personal loan lenders is increasing day by day in the loans market. Lenders are reducing the interest rates. But they are trying to cover up for this loss in form of hidden cost for various reasons. You should be very much alert regarding these charges while going through the small prints i.e. terms and conditions for the loan.

Typical APR The APR or annual percentage rate reflects the total cost of the loan to the borrower. Lenders calculate APR of a fast secured personal loan through the principle of risk based pricing. According to this system, lenders analyze a borrowers credit status and current circumstances before deciding the rate of interest for the loan.

Early repayment penalty charges If the borrower repays the loan amount before the completion of agreed term instead of saving his money, could cost him in form of penalty charges. There is no fixed amount as it depends upon the term left for repayment and the policy of the lender.

Repayment capacity Determine your repayment capacity before selecting any amount to be borrowed. Getting larger amount can result in loss of collateral as lender can get the possession of collateral in case of defaults in repayments.

Finding and applying for a fast secured personal loan

Why Choose Wood and How To Do It

Wood, as a durable material, does more good than just staying in our rainforests and providing homes for the animals in the wild. Wood provides lumber that is used for building homes and installation; hobbies such as sculpting and making furniture and a whole lot more. Techniques involving with woodworking as an art are carving, sawing, sanding, painting, laminating and finishing. So why choose wood? Lumber is readily available and it's a replaceable resource which can figure into plenty of resale value. This material never goes out of style. Some materials like vinyl may be pretty and are prominent on the market; however it is costly and lacks artistic detail. Using metal would mean having lack of strength causing it to dent, and in time it may rust.

Wood, as a choice, offers a sophisticated and personal look. Each section is as exclusive as ones fingerprints. Each variety has a diverse feel and a clear-cut personality. From an entirely aesthetic point of view, nothing matches the elegance and appeal that wood offers. Synthetic materials mimic wood, but they can only try. How can the quality, intensity and beauty be captured?

Unprocessed, untreated, natural or organic wood has massive ecological benefits against building materials that exist today. Wood is a hundred percent biodegradable, it functions as an excellent insulator, it is easier to process and uses a reduced amount of energy to manage than does steel, aluminum, concrete or plastic.

Many high class efficient construction techniques exist today. Conventionally, the use of wood framing isn't the most efficient in house production. Although it is undeniable that it has certain advantages. Constructing homes using wood is also inexpensive and cost-effective. What's more is that experienced contractors aren't difficult to find when building framed walls.

In choosing the right flooring for a house, would you rather choose carpet, tile or wood? What are the advantages of having carpet? Sure it is slip resistant, comes in beautiful colors, and has a nice feel on the toes. Carpet may be all that but it can cause allergies especially with children. Given its texture, it traps in bacteria, dust and mold. Tile is easy to clean, but it can have a cold feel when walking barefoot. Hardwood is pretty easy to maintain and can cut down the number of allergy causing particles inside the home. Stepping on to any flooring made out of wood will make you appreciate the welcoming tones and shades.

Using wood isn't the only thing there is. The most important part is how to choose the material carefully for the purpose of protecting it from termites and from rotting. Outdoor decks or those used for landscaping are mostly unprotected and are housed by termites and therefore will decay. There are types of woods that are naturally resistant. These types include the cedar, cyprus and redwood. Problems with pest infestation is the result of a wood with soil contact. Treated wood made of composite materials is advisable when constructing wooden decks or porches or anything that may come in contact with soil. There are lumbers that are pressure-treated and are very much resistant to termites, other insects and rotting. They are processed with a sequence of pressure cycles forcing the wood preservative deep into the pores of the wood, therefore developing a chemical barricade against insects and decay.

There is available treated wood that has been observed to be successful with its performance. Its durability depends on its location and its use. The use of treated wood is determined by the retention of the wood, or the quantity of wood preservative placed. The lowest retention property (0.15 plus water repellant) mostly are used for gazebos, fence boards, hand rails, trellises, and decks. Retention property of 0.25 is used for trim and fascia, framing, flooring and sill plates. A retention property of 0.40 is mostly used with deck fence posts, deck support posts, and landscaping. Lastly, retention property of 0.60 is used for making permanent wood foundation and building poles.

The Catch Behind No Closing Costs Refinance Loans

You may have heard about No Cost Refinance or Free Refinance. The concept implies that the only thing charged on this kind of loans is interest. Those who promote this, claim that there are no closing costs, no additional fees, etc.

The financial industry has become increasingly competitive over the past years and lenders are desperate to attract customers, thus forcing their creative media guys to come up with new appealing concepts so as to take hold of as many clients as possible.

There is an old saying stating that there is nothing really free, and when it comes to this kind of loans, the saying turns out to be just perfect. So, you want to know whats the catch with No Closing Costs Refinance? Read on and youll find out what lenders have prayed for you to ignore.

No Closing Costs Refinance

Those lenders who offer this kind of loans state that youd be saving thousands of dollars on closing costs. Well those thousands of dollars add up to $3000, $4000 at a most. But if you pay attention to the interest rate they charge on No Closing Costs Refinance Loans youll notice that its almost 2% above the average interest rate offered by other lenders.

So their claim is only partly true. They are charging no closing costs at all, but what they make you save by not charging any fee, they compensate with overpriced interest rates. If you do your math, unless youre requesting a 12 months refinance program, chances are that youll be paying a lot more than those $4000 in closing costs.

Avoid being tricked

Though ethically questionable, there is nothing illegal about these practices so you need to be particularly careful when looking for a refinance loan. What you may think is an excellent offering, can turn out to be a rip off. Always ask for loan quotes and take your time to analyze them, never rush in and dont let loan salesmen trick you into signing something you dont want to sign.

Whenever you hear interest rate is a bit higher, find out how higher and whenever you hear youll save thousands of dollars on closing costs, find out how many thousands. Do all the research you need to, till you find which lender is best for you.

Focus on the Interest Rate

Always remember when it comes to refinance, unless you are refinancing a small amount cause youve already paid almost all of your mortgage, you should focus on finding the lowest interest rate available. It is the only true way of saving thousands of dollars with a refinance home loan and anyone who tells you otherwise is lying.

So dont pay attention to those offering incredible refinance programs at no cost and search the internet for refinance home loan lenders, request quotes and compare interest rates and fees. Once youve selected the best deal contact the lender in order to apply for the loan. Take your time to make a conscious decision and youll avoid costly mistakes.

How To Design an Age-Appropriate Room for Your Child

How to Design an Age-Appropriate Room for Your Child

Designing an age-appropriate room can be a daunting task, especially when children change and develop so quickly. One of the best things that a parent can do is remember to be flexible and understand your child. Choose a color palette that will be easy to work with changing furniture and changing favorites. Understanding how a child develops is key to creating a bedroom that is age-appropriate. So we will discuss different stages and what you can do to create an age-appropriate room in each stage of development.

Birth to One Year

This is a stage of extremely fast growth and development. When you look at a newborn it is amazing that in less than a year, most will be walking, crawling, sitting, saying a few words, and feeding themselves. Having interesting objects to look at and reach for are important for babies. Babies will also enjoy a mirror; as an added bonus most children enjoy playing with mirrors up through age 8 or 9 so feel free to pick one that is a little more expensive because you know it will be around for a while. At this stage it is also important to have plenty of safe floor space. They will spend most of their time on the floor rolling and sitting and playing with toys.

One to Three Years

Children in this stage are learning how to dress themselves, and love to imitate their parents and older siblings, so make believe games of house are common. Encourage your children's make believe games by providing them with a few simple props; a toddler chair, a small table or desk and perhaps a few plastic dishes will provide hours of fun. They are also learning motor skills like jumping, skipping, and hopping, so again a lot of floor space is necessary. Another way to help children at this stage is to get a closet organizer that allows you to hang the child's clothes at their level. Learning how to get dressed on their own is an important life skill during this stage and it is much more likely that they will develop this skill if they can reach their clothes. Children at this age also love to draw and display their creations. You can easily turn a closet door into a chalkboard using chalkboard paint. Or you can set up a child chair and desk for them to use. You may want to consider covering the desk with laminating paper you can get at the craft store, that way if they get crayon or pencil on it you can just remove the paper and recover it. A magnet board is a great place for kids to display their creations and it is most likely something that the child will use for many years as they move from displaying their artwork to using it for keeping information for school.

Four to Six Years

During this time children learn how to talk. Provide them with plenty of books. This will encourage good speech development and will help them understand order of events. Children also go from side by side play to interactive play. Children at this age will still love drawing and art but you may need to upgrade to a larger table and chairs. Children love toys with lots of parts at this age such as legos and dolls with clothes. Provide them with plenty of space to store their toys. Make sure they are where they can be reached. You may also be tempted at this stage to put a TV or computer in your child's bedroom so you don't have to watch a favorite movie over and over with the child, but most experts greatly discourage this saying that it discourages interactive play and are activities that should be monitored closely.

Seven to Ten Years

Children at these ages develop definite likes and dislikes. Take cues from your child and set up a room that allows them to pursue what they like. Another tip is to give the child a place to display important items. Children at this stage like to be surrounded by favorite things.

Fighting Frustration

A WAY YOU CAN OVERCOME FRUSTRATIONS

I don't know you. But I have been frustrated many times. My heart was broken many times. I divorced. I have been unemployed. I have been in the street. I have felt totally alone. I became an alcoholic. There were nights I closed my eyes waiting not to wake up any more. I was on the edge of the suicide a couple of times. I needed help like never before in my life but there was nobody around to help me. And I discovered an even worse thing: there was nobody who could really help me. As things were going I could see only two choices. Being dead or somebody to drive me back in time so I could rectify the bad decisions I took, the opportunities I lost, in short so that I can fix my life but knowing the results of my last errors ahead of time. The first thing didn't happen cause I didn't have the guts of taking away my life and simply day after day I checked that it won't happen naturally, not yet. The second chance is a fantasy. Then, sinked in the deepest bitterness and frustration, a thought began to hum in my mind. There was a tool, the only one I could count on..... my mind! I realized that all my life, and any other persons life, is governed by the group of thoughts occupying the mind. Tell a woman she looks great today and you will draw a smile in her face, you will ligth her day. Why? Because you put a pretty thought in her mind! You go to your office tomorrow, you enter in the elevator and you listen as a murmur ... poor man, his wife deceives him... and moreover theyre looking to you. Forget it man! Your day has become a hell. You have a lousy mood. You cannot concentrate on your work. And what is the reason? Because an unpleasant thought has entered in your mind! And maybe the murmur you heard in the elevator were even not referred to you! Thoughts work in this way, for or against us while occupying our mind. And they are like the stone in a pond, they can generate chain reactions in our lives of disastrous consequences. That is what I discovered. And, after that, I decided to use my mind in my favor.

I began to re-program it. And I found the only way to replace the old thoughts was putting new ones in my mind. More beneficial for my activities and my life. More powerful than those that had ruined my life. Then the computer I had up of my shoulders began to work... in the way I wanted! I began to see solutions to my problems I didn't see before. I began to feel more optimistic. I began to feel more energy every new day. And all that gave place to a dramatic change in my life. You don't need money! You don't need a specialist (that neither has lived, nor has suffered your problems) helping you to solve your problems. Take yourself the responsibility of all your errors, of all your faults and your lacks. The only thing you need is in your head! Use it! Here is the formula! Repeat, all the time you can do it, each new thought that you consider beneficial for you like a no-end tape ... (sometimes in silence others aloud) until you see results! Believe me, it works!

IN YOUR MIND YOU HAVE THE BIGGEST TOOL YOU CAN COUNT ON

In your head you have the biggest computer of the universe. Your brain represents the hardware and your thoughts the software. Although you cannot update your brain to a brain Pentium V for example, your brain is powerful enough for not to need any type of updating. However, YES, you can change the programs that govern your reactions, your attitude, your state of mind. YES, you can change the thoughts that make you act in an or another way. YES, you can program your mind with the appropriate thoughts to make your life in agreement to as you want it to be.

THOUGHTS CHANGE HUMANITY'S HISTORY

A man invented a recipe for the cough that didn't have the desired effect. Another bought it and transformed that same recipe into the most sold drink in the world. Let me ask you: Which is the difference among these two men? Answer: The thoughts occupying their minds. One had his mind programmed to make inventions, the other one to see business opportunities. Which one would you like your mind to be programmed as?

Less than 200 years behind some men ' dreamt of flying while others believed that it was impossible to achieve it. Some of them imagined themselves rising throuhg the air in a great flying machine even not knowing how to do it, while the other ones maintained their thoughts in earth. You tell me, who changed humanity's history? And, Why? In the same way in real life it is the thoughts you allow to occupy your mind that determine your success or your failure. Your thoughts are those that make you capable or unable of overcoming the setbacks. It is your thoughts that can sink you into frustration or take you out of it. Don't lose time and try it! Re-program your mind! Re-program your life! What do you have to lose? What can you win? You dont have to live frustrated. You deserve a life without frustration. You must take action now against frustration.

How To Write A Personal Statement For College

The entire college admission process can be exhausting and nerve-racking but there are few things worse than writing the personal statement for college applications. Your first thought is that it would be a piece of cake, everything you have to do is write a few words about yourself - what your interests are, what you would like to accomplish in life. However, personal statements for college have never been an easy task. When writing a statement for college, your high school writings for which you got straight A's won't do you much good.

The main issue is that when writing your personal statement for college, you are not in that world and you are well aware of it. Personal statements are not supposed to be essays about how much you admire famous people like Gandhi. You shouldn't also write about the first time you leaned how important teamwork is or anything like that. They have heard it all, so you cannot write anything new and this, unfortunately, is not in your favor.

These are the reasons why so many people seek help when writing their personal statement for college is concerned. I had a good time growing up. As my mother is a very famous and acknowledged writer, I always counted on her for feedback. Even now she is there for me when I need an intelligent and well-structured statement or paper. Apart from helping with my essays, my mother was also good enough to give me a hand when I was writing my personal statement for college.

Of course, I realize not everyone is lucky enough to have such a valuable resource at their home, and not everyone can also depend on their high school English teacher. So, if this concerns you, then you can try searching some sites on the internet that might turn to be quite helpful. For instance, most of them offer free tips telling you what you should avoid and what you should include when writing your personal statement for college. From my point of view, when writing your personal statement it's best to try to find face to face feedback from someone whom you trust.

The On Site RSS Feed - The Output Side of RSS Feeds

I'm going to try to demystify some of the hazy confusion about having an RSS feed on site - and how it differs from having RSS feed items displayed on your site. My previous article, "RSS Feeds Display - The Input Side of RSS", offered a an easy basic way to think about the differences.

What I suggest is to think about RSS in terms of Input and Output. On one hand what comes to your site and does something there is input. What originates on your site but is available off your site is output.

When you display RSS feed items on your site, they come from RSS feeds that are found on other sites. You can, with the right feed items display program, collect items from multiple feeds in your market area and display some on your site as new and updating content.

However, when you can also extract content from your site's own pages, build an RSS feed and make it available for syndication - that's output.

Various programs are available which include RSS feeds as part of the created site structure. Most notable are the blogging platforms, though not all produce RSS. Content management systems (CMS) may also produce feeds. Some directory and page generation programs also create feeds.

Feeds live on content. A static feed, one where the content is not changing, is not going to do much for your site. Feed readers can track items and feed build times. RSS feed directories do the same thing.

Why exactly would you want your own RSS feed? To assist in getting your pages indexed. To reach new customers. To build traffic. To gain backlinks.

These days an RSS feed is becoming an indispensable part of site marketing. The use of RSS readers and aggregators continues to increase. And it will continue to grow as the use, availability and popularity of RSS-enabled browsers, like FireFox and soon Internet Explorer, increases.

RSS feeds that update and ping (send a notification of a newly built or modified feed to ping sites such as pingomatic.com, which in turn notifies additional sites) are a draw for spiders, they include deep links to your sites inner pages, they can be picked up and subscribed to by users and syndicated on other sites. You can add them to RSS feed directories for even more exposure.

Unfortunately there is no single solution that will quickly and easily build an RSS feed for any site. Site structures vary a great deal and many sites will have pages that shouldn't be in the feed. Some sites lack meta keywords and meta descriptions - or the meta descriptions are unsuitable for a feed since they are nearly identical on all pages.

You can use various tools, including some free online tools, to build a feed for your site. This tends to be a time consuming, basically manual process. And would need to be partially redone whenever you update. (You can search Google for free RSS feed builders).

One reason many people have begun using blogging platforms such as WordPress as their site builder of choice is because the RSS feeds are automatically constructed and can be pinged each time a post is made. A blogging platform is basically a CMS (Content Management System) and with the variety of templates available - and a little ingenuity and a few plugins - can be an excellent option for site building. And an RSS feed is an integral part of the package.

Whatever type of site you build, an RSS feed is a very significant asset. While it may be difficult or too time-consuming to add an RSS feed to older sites (at least until a good tool is available), carefully consider your site building choices from now on and make sure your choice allows for a live, updating on site RSS feed. You need the edge to compete - and in some cases, just to stay even.

The Power Of Getting A Health Care Degree Online

One of the most popular programs for online education today is that of the health care degree online. What makes this degree so desirable one might wonder? The answer is as simple as two words, job market. The current state of affairs in the world of health care is one of major need for workers. With a booming health care industry, there is pressure on potential employees to earn a health care degree online, instead of going a more liberal arts affiliated route.

If this is something that doesnt seem to make sense to you, simply have a look at your local paper's classified ads section. Under the help wanted ads, there should be a large block of advertisements dedicated to the health care field. This is why health care degree online programs make so much sense for those looking to get a job. It is the simple fact that if you sign up for a health care degree online program, you can count on the chances of getting a job after graduation much more than most any other field offered online today.

The average health care professional earns close to double the average wage per capita in the United States, and has a career filled with helping others. Obtaining a health care degree online can be the difference between making something of yourself in the near future, and spending another bunch of years figuring it out. This is because most people after college go through seven to eight jobs before they find their career. This is not the case when you have a health care degree online, because most people that earn their health care degree online have the pick of the litter when it comes to job selection in the medical field.

Another benefit of earning a health care degree online is the upward opportunity to earn future degrees in nursing, or even becoming a doctor. There must be a foundation for every building, and if you look at your career as a building, the health care degree online is your foundation. This is the cement that allows you to build a better, stronger, future for yourself, and your family. Many nurses spend time after earning a two, or four year degree, before returning to get their masters in nursing. It is often the case that some will achieve such comfort in their health care job without this degree, that they never go back and thus the wide open market for nurses today. Having a health care degree online can make you a better, more prepared person for the future.

Not everyone is prepared to earn a health care degree online, and it should be considered a major challenge for anyone that is interested in earning this degree. Simply because the job market is ripe does not mean that earning a health care degree online is an easy task, in fact, this is one of the more challenging degrees online today.

Some people are gifted with a knack for science, most of us are not, and it takes extra dedication to make earning a health care degree online a reality. This means that you will probably need to study more than your peers in other programs, and often will be faced with scientifically challenging puzzles, that arent easy to solve. However, for those that are able to tough it out, and earn this degree, the world literally is awaiting their arrival. For the first time in history there are more jobs in this industry, than there are people to fill them, that is why earning a health care degree online is the right choice for anyone that is ready for a great career in the health care industry.

High Staff Productivity

One of the reasons business owners may start a business is to make money.

Because of this, I have found that business owners tend to think that money is the major motivator for employees too.

This may be true for some employees, yet its certainly not true for all employees.

I have found that most employees first and foremost want a place that appreciates them.

A place where they feel acknowledged and that they are making a contribution.

Money is about fourth on their list of priorities.

Yet if you fail on the first 3, that is, the employee doesnt feel appreciated, doesnt feel acknowledged and doesnt feel like they are contributing the money thing will rise seemingly to the top.

And theyll tell you that they NEED a pay rise to stay.

For a large part the reality is that what they are really saying is to put up with all the garbage here at work I need to get paid more.

I have a lot of business owners that come to me and specifically ask me for incentives that will help their staff become productive. Yet these business owners have a business that financially isnt in a position to pay these incentives.

They think that cash incentives will fire up their team, and get them productive. And in turn it will save the business.

Most of the time this idea is off the mark.

If you need incentives to fire your staff up, you need to go back and fix the crux of the problem.

The reality is this

I have seen many, many businesses where people come in and work their buts off for little or no money. and love it.

In fact when a well known Motivational Speaker comes to town hundreds of people volunteer to work for free - like mad men for weeks and even months and do you know what they love it.

You also see this with the volunteers that work at the Olympics.

They do it because they feel like they are a part of something special. And to employees that means a lot.

For us as business owners we have to be able to think like employees.

Not everyone thinks like us. Not everyone thinks like a business owner.

Not everyone wants to start their business. Not everyone wants to earn a million dollars.

You know what, there are people out there that are quite happy to earn a wage and yet still give a million percent.

Not everyone is money driven.

And not everyone will put up with working a million hours to grow your business (like you do).

Im a big on being fair with people. But like any relationship theres two sides. And both sides must contribute and perform for the relationship to work.

Firstly youve got to employ hard workers not people that are inclined to bludge.

People are either hard workers, or they are not.

Its a skill that I teach my clients to pick in people when they hire. Its simple to do.

Im a BIG believer in getting hard working passionate people into your business and then rewarding them.

Appreciate them, acknowledge them and make sure they are doing things in your business that allow them to feel like they are contributing in a positive way.

I disagree with getting people into your business that tend to bludge and paying them to work harder.

And even worse, I dont agree with offering incentives to already unproductive people.

Its the wrong way around and youll find that theyll start running your business youll be looking for ways to make them work which will take time from you growing the business or enjoying your lifestyle.

Now lets talk about money driven employees

If you have a staff member whose major motivation is money theyll probably be gone as soon as someone comes along with a better offer.

The answer is this

Create a business and build an environment that people love to work in. A business that attracts hard working passionate employees.

Its what I will teach you if you choose to join me on my 1-on-1 business coaching program.

All great business owners create a business that their employees can buy into with their heart

When your employees are involved in your business from their heart, they take pride in what they do, who they are and pride in the business. They want to work, they want to produce and they want the owner and the business to achieve.

And you can do the same.

Because if your employees love what you stand for, If they love where you are going and love the way they are treated you wont have to look-over their shoulder you wont have to keep your eye on them

Because theyll be doing what they love.

And if they love what they are doing theyll do it to the best of their ability.

Youll have to send them home, youll have to tell them to take holidays.

Theyll drum up business for you when theyre walking down the street or out on the week end because they are passionate about your business.

And when it comes down to paying them, you can choose what you want to pay them because youll be delighted with how they work, and their productivity.

So how to you pay these people?

Theres a number of smart ways that I take my clients through which I can take you through on my 1-on-1 business coaching program

In essence you reward them for their work, not pay them to work.

Let me explain.

After years of working with extraordinary business owners I have found this

They normally start off their business with little or no money They employ people on industry standard pays then as the people produce and deliver their pay packets increase.

By the time the business owner becomes very, very successful almost everyone in the business is on a great pay packet. Because everyone is productive.

If they arent productive, they arent employed.

So take these millionaire lessons on board with you.

Dont bribe your people with money.

Create a business where passionate hard working employees want to work.

And they will work hard; theyll be productive because its their nature.

Theyll stay and continue to work for a business that they love to work for.

As a result your business will grow and as your business grows you have the resources to reward them.

Thats the secret to having high staff productivity.

Refinance Your Student Loans

If youve recently graduated from college, youve probably been bombarded with mailings and advertisements urging you to refinance (or consolidate) your student loans right away. But wait, what is loan consolidation? And why should you do it?

If youve just graduated from college, youve probably got a number of different student loans, all in different amounts from different lenders at different interest rates. Loan consolidators (which can be private banks, lenders or government agencies) pay off all your individual loans in exchange for a single loan in the same amount issued to you. So now instead of all those different loans, youve got one loan that you repay to the consolidator.

Refinancing your student loans reduces your monthly payments and locks in a fixed interest rate. In most cases, student loans have variable interest rates set a few points below prime. As interest rates go up, so will the interest rate on your loans. When you refinance your loans, you lock in an interest rate based on the current market conditions that will be set for the life of your loan. Therefore, its important to evaluate the market before making the decision to consolidate. Right now, interest rates are low, but theyre going up and most economists predict that theyll continue to go up for awhile. So for many people, this is a good time to refinance.

Your credit history will also determine your eligibility for loan consolidation programs. Loan consolidators can be picky in who they accept for their programs, so the option to refinance is usually only available to individuals who have established good credit by paying their loans back on time. If youve missed payments or made payments consistently late, you may not be offered the best terms, if youre accepted at all. If your application is denied the first time, call the consolidator and talk to a loan officer about the reason for your rejection. The officer may offer you advice on how to qualify for their program at a later date.

If you decide to refinance, be sure to consolidate federal loans and private loans separately from each other. When you consolidate your loans, youre typically offered a rate thats 1-2% lower than the average rate of your loans. Federal student loans often carry much lower interest rates than private loans, so consolidating them together can bring up the average interest rate of your loans and leave you with a higher fixed rate locked in. If you only have one private loan, it may not make a difference, but its important to assess your options before committing to refinance.

Is there anyone who shouldnt consolidate? Lets look at a scenario. Tracy has 2 loans for $5,000 each that are scheduled to be paid off within 5 years. She can afford to make her monthly payments but wants to see if she can save a little extra cash each month by consolidating. She finds out that she can refinance the loans into a $10,000 consolidation loan to lower her monthly payments and shell be eligible to extend her payments over 8 years. But because shes extended the life of her loans, shell be paying interest over a longer period of time and may wind up paying more overall than if she had kept her loans as they were.

It is tempting to pay less per month but if you can afford to pay off your loans in a shorter period of time, then youll likely save money on interest in the long run. Obviously every situation is different and you wont find all your answers in a short article like this. But if you think loan consolidation might be right for you, check out the Student Loan Networks site at Studentloanconsolidator.com for more information or speak with a loan officer or financial planner to see what your options are.

Pros And Cons Of Homeschooling

Homeschooling, as an effective educational program, has undergone numerous debates. In fact, opinions are equally divided between the pros and the cons. Homeschooling, indeed, offers benefits for the child but like many things, there are also some downsides to implementing the program. It is therefore best to know the pros and cons before you get your kid into the program. It is up to the parents to sift through the positives and the negatives of homeschooling.

Pros

Flexible structure

One of the things that puts homeschooling in stellar position is the fact that it is highly flexible and dynamic. Unlike traditional curriculum which is fixed, the homeschooling system allows changes, in fact it encourages them.

Tailor-fit to the child

Because of the fluid structure of homeschooling programs, the lessons can be tailor-fitted to the childs capability, pace and learning style. There is no pressure to keep up with the lesson of the day and students can start or finish their lessons any time of the day.

More practical learning activities

Homescholing is an unstructured educational program, which allows for more freedom in terms of learning activities. Parents can actually decide on what to do to better teach the subject. This means that there can be more unstructured learning exercises such as visits to zoos or museums.

Cons

Lacking in social interaction

One of the downsides of homeschooling program is the fact that it lacks the social component, which teaches the child to interact with other people. This is especially needed during the stage when the social and communication skills of children are just developing. To supplement the absence of this component, some parents organize social activities for their children.

Time constraints

Although time is rarely a factor in homeschooling because of the lack of a structure, it only applies to the children. It will be time consuming for the parents, some of which have to leave their work to go full time in teaching their children. Remember that you have to be with your homeschooling child all through out his or her lesson. In addition, a lot of time need to be given to correcting worksheets and making visuals.

Money problems

Although there is actually no tuition fee for a homeschooling program, the money problems come in when one of the marriage partner has to leave work to teach the child. Remember that homeschooling can take so much time. For parents who both have careers, sacrificing one source of income can be pretty hard for the whole family.

How To Hire Better Call Center Agents - Every Time!

Reduce Turnover Raise Productivity Lower Absenteeism

A typical Call Center employs 3 Different Types of Call Center Agents:

1. Top Performing Agents - Grade A Agents with the Right Stuff that pushes them to Succeed, and the seemingly Natural Compatibility with the Duties of the Position. You probably have a few in your Call Center Operation now and wish that you could duplicate them.

2. Adequate Agents - Grade B Agents who Perform their Duties Adequately Enough to get by but No Better.

3. Marginal Agents - Grade C Agents who have a High Level of Absenteeism, Low Productivity, Poor Performance & Poor Customer Satisfaction Ratings and who have a Negative Impact on Agent Team Morale.

We ask for a lot from todays Call Center Agent: Handle More Customers & Calls, Order Taking, Cross-Selling/UpSelling, Being Proficient with Computer & Support Systems, Being Non-Confrontational & Good-Humored, Work Well in a Team Environment, etc., etc.

As a Call Center Hiring Manager, your Challenge is Twofold:

1st How Do You Find a Sufficient Quantity of Quality Applicants for your Call Center Agent Positions?

Many North American Labor Markets have reached the Saturation Point for Call Center Agent Applicants in the Local Labor Pool. In fact, 64% of all North American Call Centers now find it a Major Struggle or Somewhat of a Challenge to Find Quality Applicants for Call Center Agent Positions. And 37% of Call Center Employers are now Reporting Severe Competition for Call Center Agents by Other Employers.

2nd How Do You Weed Out the Job Candidates Who Will Burn Out Fast Because They Aren't Suited For The Work, and Identify the People With the Skills, Motivation, and Work Ethic to be Your Top Call Center Agents?

While Almost Everyone can Use a Telephone, Not Everyone is Cut Out to Work Successfully as a Call Center Agent.

Hiring the Wrong Call Center Agent is the Root Cause of Turnover and Absenteeism, and is a Significant Drain on your Bottom Line, on Customer Satisfaction, and on your overall Call Center Agent Team Morale.

Today, the Average Annual Turnover Rate of Full-Time Call Center Agents is over 30%. The Turnover Rate for Part-Time Call Center Agents is Worse (84% - with 15 Month Avg. Job Tenure). And, the Average Cost to Recruit/Hire/Train a Replacement Call Center Agent ranges from US$2,600 US$15,000 (depending on the type of Agent Position).

Every Failed Hire Causes You to Throw Precious Budget Dollars Down the Drain Retraining Recruits for the Same Position. Not to Mention the Lost Sales & Service Opportunities, Poor Customer Satisfaction Ratings, Lowered Productivity and Higher Absences associated with a Poor Job Fit.

There are a Series of Best Practices Steps you can take to address these Two Issues in order to Recruit More Top Performing Call Center Agents:

STEP 1: Create an Agent Success Profile What are the Core Competencies, Personality Traits, Skill Set(s) and Demographics of your Optimal Performing Agents?

Who are your Top Performing Agents?

You should be Profiling your Top Performing Agents for their Gender, Diversity, Economics and Education.

Across all Call Center Industry Segments (except OutBound TeleSales and Technical Support/Help Desk), over 75% of all Top Performing Agents are Female and 66% of them are Working Mothers. Only 5% have College Degrees, and 30% of them participated in Welfare-to-Work, Unemployment Insurance or Public Assistance within 6 months prior to their Hiring.

Is there Specific Must Have Skills/Knowledge that your Top Performing Agents need?

How do your Top Performing Agents Profile in Terms of Typing Speed/Accuracy, Computer Literacy, Specific Industry Knowledge/Experience, etc.?

What are the Key Personality Traits of your Top Performing Agents?

Are you looking for an InBound Agent? (A Persuasive Communicator Motivated by Security, Work Environment, Coworkers / Team, Service and Recognition).

Are you looking for an Inside Sales Agent? (A Persuasive & Persistent Communicator who is Service Oriented, yet Motivated by Sales Opportunity).

Or are you looking for an OutBound Sales Agent (An Assertive & Persistent Closer who is Motivated by Income and Conquering Challenges and who Initiates Customer Interactions).

STEP 2: Create a Recruiting Strategy Create a Recruiting Communications Plan that Identifies & Targets the Job Seekers that Meet your Agent Success Profile Criteria.

Your Recruiting Communications Plan should include:

Personal Referrals
Print Advertisements
Elementary & High Schools (Part-Time Job Opportunities for Working Mothers of Students).
Colleges, Universities, & Technical Training Programs (Part-Time Job Opportunities for Students).
Minority Organizations (Native Americans/First Nations, Gay/Lesbian, New Immigrant Support)
Online Job Postings
Virtual Communities
Job Fairs
Outplacement Programs (Transferable Skills: i.e. Laid-Off Customer Service/Sales Staff).
Unemployment Offices
Welfare-to-Work Programs

STEP 3: Deploy an In-Depth Telephone Screening Process All of your Recruiting Advertising should use as the Call-to-Action a 24x7 Automated "Employment Information Line"/Phone Screen which is then followed by a Structured Telephone Interview.

The Job Candidates who pass through your 24 Hr. "Employment Information Line"/"/Phone Screen should then be promptly followed up with using a Structured Telephone Interview.

A Structured Telephone Interview is:

Used to Further Sell The Job Opportunity.

Used as 2nd Screen of Candidates for Must Have Skills & Attributes (Start Date, Shift Availability, Wage Rate, Typing Speed, Specific Product Knowledge, Sales Ability, Security Clearances, etc.)

Used to Further Evaluate a Candidates Telephone Personality.

Where Appropriate, Used to Schedule a Candidate Visit at your Office for Going Forward with Hiring Process.

Delivered consistently, a Structured Telephone Interview is part of a Legally Defensible Hiring Process as all Candidates are asked for the same information in a uniform and consistent fashion.

STEP 4: Deploying Pre-Employment Assessment Testing to Confirm Personality Traits/Job Fit and Skill Set(s).

Candidates for Call Center Agent Positions need to have a Unique Constellation of Traits - and Specific Amounts of those Traits - in order to Successfully Complete the Job Requirements.

A Call Center Agents Success Depends Much More Upon Personality/Job Fit Factors than Product Knowledge, Past Experience or Skill Set.

Merely knowing how to react in a Customer Service Situation is Far Different from Actually Engaging in the Necessary Appropriate Behavior Consistently - and for the Long-Term.

This is what Call Center Agent Personality/Job Fit Testing Measures.

SPAS Service Personnel Appraisal System - is CD-Rom based Call Center Agent Pre-Employment Screening Software, which is Easy to Deploy, Very Cost-Effective and Highly Predictive of an Individual's Suitability for a particular Call Center Agent Position.

SPAS Weeds Out Job Candidates Who Burn Out Fast Because They Aren't Suited For The Work, and Identifies The People With The Skills, Motivation, and Work Ethic to be Top Call Center Agents.

There are Specific Versions of the SPAS Call Center Agent Pre-Employment Testing Software Validated to Test for Call Center Agent Positions such as:

InBound Customer Service
OutBound Telephone Sales (B2B) Business-to-Business
OutBound Telephone Sales (B2C) Business-to-Consumer
Inside Sales Agent
Tier 1 Technical Support/Help Desk Agent
Central Station Monitoring Operator
Telephone Collections
Telephone Answering Service Operator
Reservations/Guest Service Agent
Government Information & Referral Operator
Tele-Counselor
Mystery Shopper

Whatever Call Center Agent Personality Testing Instrument you Deploy make sure it is Validated for the Specific Call Center Agent Position you are looking to fill and Use it Consistently at the Same Point in your Hiring Process and with All Candidates.

You should also perform a Skills Test on your Job Candidates. Skills Tests are designed to Identify a Candidates Skill Level in Specific Areas such as Keyboarding, Software Literacy, Spelling, Telephone Etiquette, Listening, etc.

STEP 5: Using a Structured Face-to-Face Interview based on Core Competencies, Personality Traits and Skill Set(s).

This Style of Interview has Great Value in Call Centers because it allows you to Identify Candidates Past Behaviors and Use Them as Good Indicators of Future Performance and Behavior.

Before you conduct a Structured Face-to-Face Interview, you need to go back to your Original Success Profile and Core Requirements Document. Identify the Most Appropriate Core Competencies for the Position and Build your Questions around these Competencies.

They should be Very Specific Questions Designed to Determine How Candidates Behaved and Thought during Certain Situations.

Structured Interview Questions could include:

Tell Me About a Time When You Went Far Beyond What Could Normally Be Expected In Order To Satisfy a Customer?

The Target Behavior you are looking to uncover is Customer Focus. Can this Candidate Demonstrate that they can go Above & Beyond The Call of Duty to ensure that Customer Requests are Handled Effectively and with a Customer Service Orientation?

STEP 6: Having Your Candidates Experience a Job Preview Depicting Day-to-Day Activities, Responsibilities and the Environment of the Call Center.

The Goal of a Call Center Job Preview is a Final Attempt to Sell the Candidate In or Out of the Job.

You need to Paint a Realistic Picture of the Company, Call Center Environment, Hours, Flexibility, Management Style, Performance Expectations, etc.

This can be done as easily as having Candidates Sit in the Call Center for a Period of Time to Form Their Own Opinion before Accepting or Declining the Job Offer (**Check Your Local Labor Laws to See If Candidate Time Spent in a Call Center Preview by Sitting In The Call Center Qualifies as Paid Time.)

There are also Software-Based Call Center Simulators that are available to give a Candidate the Ability to Accurately Experience Call Center Work such as Referencing and Cross-Referencing Data and Dealing with a Variety of Callers and Customer Service Scenarios. (**Used as part of a Pre-Employment Process, Software-Based Call Center Simulators are Not Subject to Local Labor Law Interpretation as Paid Time.)

During the Call Center Job Preview Time, the Candidate should also be Encouraged to Speak Off the Record with Supervisors/Team Leaders and Potential Coworkers.

Done correctly, this Step will Help You Attract People who Genuinely Want to Work in your Call Center.

STEP 7: Reference Verification - (also Security Clearances / Drug Testing if required).

These Best Practices Hiring Steps are Easy to Deploy, Very Cost-Effective and Highly Predictive of an Individual's Suitability for your Call Center Agent Positions. They will allow you to Recruit, Select and Hire New Call Center Agents who fit your Employment Needs Better and Stay On The Job Longer - leading to a Call Center Agent Workgroup that has More Experience and is More Productive.

Your Individual Call Center Agent Productivity Will Go Up - Along With Your Customer Satisfaction Ratings - and Your Turnover Costs Will Go Down.

I would be Happy to Prove to you in Advance and at No Charge that these Best Practices Hiring Steps Will Work for your Call Center Team as well.

Vocational Schools In New Jersey

Vocational schools can offer you the job training that you need. If you wish to follow a certain profession, the best way to obtain training to qualify you would be through vocational schools. There are various vocational schools nowadays that offer a wide range of vocational education that would help any individual enter into a profession of choice. If you are looking for a vocational school in New Jersey, there are a number of them available for you to choose from.

The Chubb Institute offers IT training that will help prepare and equip you with all the IT skills that you need in as little as eight months. The Chubb Institute has a number of centers available around New Jersey where you may be abler to avail of their popular IT vocational training. DeVry University also offers a number of vocational courses set to make you more proficient in your profession. PC Age also offers vocational training on IT for you on three of its centers in New Jersey.

Before you take any vocational course on any school in New Jersey, you first have to check on a number of things to make sure that you are making the right decision. Try to consider if you really need additional training or education for the job that you want. It can also be possible that the skills that you will need can be learned at work. Also, some companies offer educational programs through their apprenticeships or on-the-job training. You might want to check this out to see if you can avail of this opportunity.

Try also checking out training alternatives available from community colleges. Such colleges may be able to provide you with the training that you need at less tuition than at private institutions.

Try also comparing programs from different vocational schools. Try to study the information that they provide to learn what they require from students to graduate. Try to know what you will be getting when you graduate. Would they be giving you a certificate in your chosen field or eligibility for a clinical or other externship to further your knowledge? Are the credits that you earn at the school transferable to other schools?

Find out as much as you can about the school's facilities apart from the courses that they offer. Ask about the types of equipment they have available for students and see if they are up to par in giving the quality of training that you are looking for. Try visiting the school to see them for yourself. Ask to see the classrooms and workshops that they have available for their students use.

Home And Family Security Surveillance Camera

As the world continues to get more dangerous, the last thing you want is to bring that danger directly into your home. Newspaper stories tell the tale babysitters abusing children when their parents are off at work. There's been workers who have been hired in good faith to repair or maintain your property, stealing both from inside and outside the house. It's unfortunate, but the reality is that unless you are vigilant and careful, your family, home and possessions could be hurt by people.

The answer is to be diligent and use caution when hiring anyone. Check references, though many previous people don't or won't give you all the information due to a fear of being sued by the person. Still, if you ask for references and check them, you have a much greater chance of getting good people. Let's be clear that the majority of people are very responsible and trustworthy and all they want is the opportunity to work. That said, there is the very small minority that are the problem and make it more difficult for both the worker and the owner.

Using surveillance cameras is one way to keep better control on your home or business. These little devices are great to placing discretely around your home and office. The reason for using cameras however are twofold.

First, there is the keeping honest people honest idea. This is nothing more than building on the fact that people act differently when they think they're being watched. Put security cameras in the office and let people know about them and they tend to behave differently. There's less of an argument when a customer makes claims against your employee and you need to sort through the information to get to the truth. So this first potential use for surveillance or security cameras is to allow you the potential to see what actually happened.

In a home setting, it's possible to view how the kids are behaving when the adults are gone. Who comes into and leaves your home when can also be captured. This doesn't mean that you don't trust your family or employees, only that by having security camera around, people will be better behaved.

The Second reason why it's important to consider a security camera system is to catch bad behavior or illegal activities. By having your home secured with this technology, you are able to easily identify people that shouldn't be around your home like would be burglars.

There also is the latest in surveillance camera technology, the nanny cam. This is nothing more than a hidden camera within your home to monitor the behavior of people you leave in charge of your children. Some entertain guests while you're away and drink heavily while watching television instead of watching the kids. Although most babysitter- nanny types are great, you need to recognize that if the person you leave in charge isn't responsible, your children could be at risk of being hurt or worse.

Surveillance camera systems have come a long way in the just the last few years. The cameras themselves are getting much smaller and easier to set up. No longer is it necessary to have a specialized security company set up and place a surveillance system in your home or business.

Surveillance cameras now come with a wide variety of options. From capturing color images, motion activated, auto pan and close up functionality from your computer, and even wireless cameras are all available at very attractive pricing. Everyone should consider the importance of having a security surveillance camera for peace of mind of the family and themselves.

All companies of today make great use of the technology available to them and rely on their data. Most businesses however, dont have the budget to invest in network storage or large servers, which is what the bigger companies use to transfer information and create a backup of the information they rely on to carry out their operations.

Smaller businesses have a limited budget. When most encounter a disaster they never seem to recover, normally going out of business. Past disasters such as 9/11 or the dreaded hurricane have showed the importance of backups and disaster planning. Companies that thought things out and protected their data survived these disasters, while those that didnt went out of business.

There are several ways that you can protect your data and keep it safe. One of the most popular and easiest ways to protect your data is with a server. Servers are great for both large and small businesses, and protection the data for your business. They can tend to get expensive though, with the most popular server, Microsoft, starting out around $3,000.

Unlike other options, servers provide you with a safe and secure system to store all of your corporate data. You can set the permission of your files to prevent any unauthorized access, to keep your files safe. When using servers, most of the loss comes from either accidental deletion or employees that are upset with corporate management and decide to get into the server and erase files.

When using a server, your data will be stored in one central location, and not spread around over different computers in your network. Servers are very user friendly, and keep your files neat and tidy - in one location. This way you dont have to go looking all over the place for your data, you can look in the server and find everything you need.

Another way to keep your data safe is with CDs, DVDs, and even external hard drives. If you are using any of these methods, you should always do a backup of your information at the end of every day. With disasters being completely unpredictable, backing things up every day will ensure that you are protected if something should occur.

If you are backing things up to CD or DVD media, you should always put the discs in a safe and secure location, preferably a fireproof safe. This way, if the office should catch on fire, youll have your backup discs protected. You should always add your new backups to the safe at the end of every working day, so youll have them tomorrow if you need them.

You can also store your data and information offsite as well. This is a highly recommended option, as you pay a flat monthly fee and a company stores your information. Most have secure vaults and servers for your data, which ensures protection from unauthorized accidents or hazards. You dont need to worry about your data when using these services, as they will do the protection for you.

No matter which method you use for protecting your information, you should always make sure that you have a plan. Corporate data is very important and essential to success, which is why you should look into immediately if you dont have a plan already. If you know your data is safe and protected from hazards and unauthorized access - youll have the peace of mind in knowing that your data will be there each and every time you need it.

The Honeymoon Stage of Trucking Courier Services and What Every Customer Must Know

A lot of in-city trucking couriers will service a new customer to death in the first few months of their business relationship, but once they feel that they are safe and secure with that customer, they begin to take them for granted and start providing shoddy service. Some couriers believe that since there are so few local courier express companies with a fleet large enough to service their clientele that they no longer have to worry about competition or they simply no longer care. If you feel that your delivery service is leaving you with a rotten bill of goods, then you are not alone. Please keep reading to learn how you can keep the honeymoon stage alive or find a way to exit what has truly become a dead marriage.

As a customer you may feel that you were once the prize, but you are now despised. Once the honeymoon period is over, you may realize that your courier company is slow to pick up or slow to deliver your goods. This bad service attitude often happens once the courier realizes that the new customer doesn't need their service as much as they had thought they would, hence they are not making much money from them. On the other hand, a courier company that treats all of their customers alike does not care if a customer spends $20 per period, or $2000; they will treat each customer with the utmost respect and provide the same level of service while remaining friendly, courteous, and thoroughly professional at all times.

Unfortunately, plenty of drivers (and courier express services) will often be aloof to customers when they do not feel that they are making much money from them. Conversely, a reputable courier company will impart their exemplary customer service standards to their drivers so that they will, in turn, consistently treat the customer well by demonstrating that they are happy to be there and are sincerely thankful for the opportunity to service them regardless of the amount of business that is being generated.

One thing of special note in this particular discussion is this: couriers that provide broader services than simple parcel delivery do not really make money on the parcel delivery side of the business due to equipment costs, commercial insurance, registration, monthly payments for vehicles and equipment, maintenance, fuel, taxes, etc. The most profitable part of their business comes from the calls that include heavy freight, those that fill their decks, and on rush services. You know that you are dealing with a dependable courier company when they are just as willing to move the small stuff as they are the large freight orders.

So, now that you know about the problems faced by customers who use in-city trucking courier services, how can you ensure that you won't become just another pretty face? Truthfully, there is no guarantee that your new service provider won't drop the ball but there are some steps you can take to remedy a deteriorating situation including:

1. Contact your current courier service and let them know that you are dissatisfied with their service. Keep track of problems including if a driver has been rude or if the company has been displaying a pattern of showing up late or holding back on deliveries.

2. Start shopping for a new courier service. This is easier said than done, but if you convey to a new company that you expect nothing less than exemplary service from them and that you plan on holding them accountable to their promises, then you are less likely to be disappointed later on. If they dont agree to your terms in advance, then simply move on to the next courier.

3. Expect to pay a decent rate for good service. Sometimes the customer is partially at fault when dealing with a new courier service as they'll demand discounts or demand a rate that matches the unreasonably low rate of a competitor. As the saying goes, "you get what you pay for" only invites shoddy service later on as the courier company looks for different ways to trim their costs, perhaps at your expense. Of course, this is not an ethical practice on the part of the trucking courier service, but it is not entirely unexpected either as someone within the company may have felt pressured to give to you their lowest rate without being able to back it up with an adequate level of service. Either way you lose, so if someone offers you a rate that is well below the industry average, you can expect service problems to crop up later on.

Finally, if your repeated request for an improvement in service falls on deaf ears, then you have little recourse but to shop elsewhere for a new trucking courier service. Changing couriers is by no means a small ordeal for a larger company as there is a lot of work involved with changing couriers, including familiarizing the company with your products and special requirements, getting to know the new companys drivers and company staff, and contacting all of your vendors to call the new courier for their deliveries instead of the former courier. In the end, once the switch has been made to a new courier service, only regular communication can ensure that the relationship stays fresh and that no one takes the other for granted. Much like a successful marriage is dependent on open and honest communication; a customer-courier service provider relationship will only thrive if both parties are interested in seeing that it succeeds.

Search Engine Keywords Selection

Search engines are the first factor to drive potential customers to your websites. But in order for searchers to reach your website, you need to provide them with specific and effective signs that will direct them right to your site. Selecting search engine keywords help you to achieve your goal.

Find the exactly right words or phrases can have a huge impact to your website traffic. But if your keywords are too general or too over-used, the possibility of searchers actually making it all the way to your site - or of seeing any real profits from the searchers that do arrive - decreases dramatically.

Your keywords serve as the foundation of your marketing strategy. If they are not chosen with great precision, no matter how aggressive your marketing campaign may be, the right people may never get the chance to find out about it. So your first step in plotting your strategy is to gather and evaluate keywords and phrases.

You probably think you already know closely the right words for your search phrases. Unluckily, if you haven't tracked certain specific steps, you are probably mistaken. It's hard to be objective when you are right in the center of your business network, which is the reason that you may not be able to choose the most efficient keywords from the inside. You need to be able to think like your customers. And since you are a business owner and not the consumer, your best bet is to go directly to the source.

Instead of plunging in and scribbling down a list of potential search words and phrases yourself; ask for words from as many potential customers as you can. You will most likely find out that your understanding of your business and your customers' understanding is significantly different.

The consumer is an invaluable resource. You will find the words you accumulate from them are words and phrases you probably never would have considered from bottomless inside the channel of your business.

Only after you have collected as many words and phrases from outside resources should you add your own keyword to the list. Once you have this list in hand, you are ready for the next step: evaluation.

The aim of evaluation is to fine your list to a small number of words and phrases that will direct the highest number of quality searchers to your website. In evaluating the effectiveness of keywords, pay attention to three basics elements: popularity, specificity, and motivation.

1- Popularity:

Popularity is the easiest in the search engine keyword selection process to estimate because it is an objective quality. The more popular your keyword is, the more probable the chances are that it will be typed into a search engine which will then bring up your URL.

You can now purchase software or paid a monthly fee to third party that will rate the popularity of keywords and phrases by giving words a number rating based on real search engine activity. Web based Software such as keyword discovery suggest variations of your words and phrases. The higher the number this software assigns to a given keyword, the more traffic you can logically expect to be directed to your site. The only misleading notion with this concept is the more popular the keyword is, the greater the search engine position you will need to obtain. If you are down at the bottom of the search results, the consumer will probably never scroll down to find you.

2 Specificity:

Popularity isn't enough to declare a keyword a good choice. You must move on to the next criteria, which is specificity. The more specific your keyword is, the greater he likelihood that the consumer who is ready to purchase your goods or services will find you.

Let's look at a hypothetical example. Imagine that you have obtained popularity rankings for the keyword "automobile companies." However, you company specializes in bodywork only. The keyword "automobile body shops" would rank lower on the popularity scale than "automobile companies," but it would nevertheless serve you much better. Instead of getting a slew of people interested in everything from buying a car to changing their oil filters, you will get only those consumers with trashed front ends or crumpled fenders being directed to your site. In other words, consumers ready to buy your services are the ones who will immediately find you. Not only that, but the greater the specificity of your keyword is, the less competition you will face.

Consumer Motivation:

The third factor is consumer motivation. Once again, this Requires putting yourself inside the mind of the customer Rather than the seller to figure out what motivation Prompts a person looking for a service or product to type In a particular word or phrase. You want to find people who are ready to act or make a purchase, and this requires subtle tinkering of your keywords until your find the most specific and directly targeted phrases to bring the most motivated traffic to you site.

Once you have chosen your keywords, your work is not done. You must continually evaluate performance across a variety of search engines, bearing in mind that times and trends change, as does popular lingo. You cannot rely on your log traffic analysis alone because it will not tell you how many of your visitors actually made a purchase.

Luckily, some new tools have been invented to help you judge the effectiveness of your keywords in individual search engines. There is now software available that analyzes consumer behavior in relation to consumer traffic. This allows you to discern which keywords are bringing you the most valuable customers.

In conclusion:

This is an essential concept: numbers alone do not make a good keyword; profits per visitor do. You need to find keywords that direct consumers to your site who actually buy your product, fill out your forms, or download your product. This is the most important factor in evaluating the efficacy of a keyword or phrase, and should be the sword you wield when discarding and replacing ineffective or inefficient keywords with keywords that bring in better profits.

Ongoing analysis of tested keywords is the formula for search engine success. This may sound like a lot of work - and it is! But the amount of informed effort you put into your keyword campaign is what will ultimately generate your business' rewards.

Six Yrs Of Stunning Naturopathic Research Says: Lose The Weight, Lose The Guilt: Gain Your Immunity Too

Weight loss and subsequent balance now becomes the side-effect of 'growing the cellular immune system of your body' NOT an effect of Mind-set or Willpower to 'force' weight-loss / balance...

For indeed you may achieve tens of kilos in weight loss by becoming the equivalent of an 'Olympic athlete' BUT when you've reached your goal weight but realise you want your life back seeing there is more to it than spending 2-4 hrs daily in the gymnasium or at the track WHAT HAVE YOU CHANGED?

.. Sooner or later your-underlying-physiology-will-revert-to-the-old-you unless you can reclaim your ideal cellular health especially if you don't know how to build your gut immunity & use immune positive foods to maintain it forever thereafter.

"Have you ever wondered why Doctors tell us Obesity itself is powerfully related to the 'big 4' illnesses of Diabetes, Arthritis, Breast/Bowel cancer & Heart disease?"

We'll tell you! ...Because much of the stubborn weight issues is ALSO IMMUNE-RELATED-DISORDERS just as are these 'Big-4' illnesses in the first place!

Current Medical research states:

Diabetes IS officially classified as an Auto-immune disease.
Arthritis IS officially classified as an Auto-immune disease.
Breast & Bowel cancer are both MAJOR immune related illnesses.
Heart-Disease is officially NOT classified as an immune disease YET. However since 1999 both Scandinavian & more recently even USA studies are beginning to powerfully link the immune-system even here too. So much so that we believe by the year 2010 Medical science will begin to classify it in the same category as these first three illnesses above.

But it seems the doctors who make those Obese-Diabetes-Arthritis-Cancer-Heart statements themselves JUST-CANNOT-SEEM-TO-JOIN-THE-DOTS.

In light of the above, My job as a Naturopath now is quite simple.

Work out just what is it that is interfering with our immune systems!

Hmm, not so easy or even straight-forward.

However the past 7 years have elucidated the 9 following areas mostly, as you will see are, directly attributable to the complex world we all live in being:

Genetic patterns-(Yes weight issue CAN run-in-family-lines)
What we do to ourselves with diet and drugs of addiction (Damages gut/immune cell)
What Doctors do to us with drug side effects (Again damages Gut/immune cells)
What Dentists do to us; Root canals, Amalgam metals, etc(Toxins placed by man)
Ill-effects of Radiation; X-ray, Microwave foods, Nuclear, etc (All forms of Radiation tend to suppress our immune systems)
Shock -Be it near Drowning/starvation(Anorexia)/near Asphyxia (thru acute asthma), near death(Car accident), etc.
NOT being breast-fed properly as an infant (The genesis of your immunity stems from the Maternal breast)
Chronic spinal issues (Just ask your chiropractor),
Foreign bodies such as Gall/Kidney stones, Surgical/cosmetic implants- (Foreign bodies are seen as invaders & place the immunity under load)

BY FAR, the most common areas as they relate to obesity is the first Six above

TREATMENT

Our activated 'milk extract (Allowing the Life Force) capsules' will clear the ill-effect of these issues at around 16% per week.

We can tell you the immune positive foods and immune negative foods to employ and use ALF to revive damaged gut cells.
We can tell you which to try and reduce over time.
Again, the ALF revives gut drug damaged cells.
Please seek out a biological dentist in your area to measure your metals in your mouth.
Reduce if you can- Microwave foods, X-ray exposure, excess Mobile phone radiation, Move out of radius of Nuclear power stations if possible, Deep-screen computers, Even your solarium could be dangerous too.

We write the above NOT to shock or even threaten, but simply inform you.
